I would add one (some) thing (s)... begin with listing the things that you know something about. Better yet, list the thing you like to do. Best yet, list the things you love to do and are PASSIONATE about. From your list, ask yourself which of these am I really good at, or COULD, become really good at. Next, which one would others be willing to pay me to do? If you use this approach, you'll get paid for what you love to do and never have to work another day in your life!

These are some great ideas. One year we got about 5 microwaves, $25 worth of cans, and $350 worth of books that we sold at Barnes and Noble. The best part was that we worked for maintenance so we go paid to move the overflowing trash anyways.
